ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the further investigation in Crime No.33/2011 on the file of the 1st respondent under the supervision of the 2nd respondent in an effective manner in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed in PRC No.23/2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur. The same is recorded.
