ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to find out the missing documents to provide the missing certificate by considering the petitioner's reminder petition dated 18.12.2025 within the stipulated time by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent has considered the petitioner's petition and the same was closed.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not called for enquiry.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 20.01.2026 and 21.01.2026. Thereafter, the respondent shall conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders, within a period of one week, therefrom.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. No Costs.
