RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 6749 of 2017 dated 10.10.2017 and modified on 10.11.2017 in Crl.M.P.No. 10200 of 2017 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.K.SAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondent and M/S.S.T.SASIDHARAN TAMILKANI, Advocate for intervenor, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10200 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6749 of 2017, dated 10.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
