724/2017 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.VALLINAYAGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the conditions-I and II imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17542 of 2017, dated 20.12.2017 to the effect that the petitioner may be exempted from depositing the amount of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of the crime number.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that there was no previous case as against the petitioner.
4. Submissions made by the learned counsel on either side are considered. It is alleged that the offence under Sections 394 and 395 IPC., has been registered against the petitioner. Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the other circumstances, this Court is not inclined to modify the earlier condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
