ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner sought issuance of the legal heir certificate. The same was denied by the respondent by pointing out that the deceased Murugan had two wives. One is the petitioner and the other one is Santhamani. The petitioner has not impleaded the said Santhamani in the writ petition.

3.The Writ Petition is dismissed for non impleading of the necessary party. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by impleading the necessary party. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
