When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the State Empowered Committee of the Forest Department has granted license to the petitioner's mill and as such, there is no threat for disconnecting the petitioner's electricity connection. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
