ORDER:- The Court made the following order:- The petitioner is the Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police, for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 511 of IPC in Crime No.83 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.07.2023, on secret information, the respondent police made surprise visit at Thalapparvai, where the petitioner was found illegally transporting gravel sand. Hence the vehicle was seized and the present case was registered.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has involved in a previous case in similar nature. The earlier petitions filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed. There is no change in circumstances.
