ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to conduct further investigation and include all the offences committed by the accused based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Admittedly, FIR came to be registered only on 03.12.2022 in Crime No.180 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 448, 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC.

3. The main contention of the petitioner is that though the complaint discloses serious offence under Section 307 IPC, they have not included the same in the FIR.

4. Since the FIR was registered only on 03.12.2022, it is for the third respondent to decide and as such, no direction can be issued at this point of time.

5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 23.01.2023 NCC :
