ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the respondent Electricity Board, under which, they refused to grant NOC for procurement of power from third parties citing pendency of two writ petitions.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents had received written instructions from the TANGEDCO to the effect that both the writ petitions have been disposed of and NOC is being regularly granted to the petitioner's industry. The same is recorded. Nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 06.07.2022 Index :
