ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed a sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under section 366 of IPC in Crime No.333 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.
2.On 09.07.2015, this court directed the respondent police not to arrest the petitioner until further orders observing that the alleged victim was aged about 20 years and the petitioner got married her on 14.05.2015.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner and the alleged victim are living together as husband and wife. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur and on his executing a own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) without surety to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
