RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted for appearing before the concerned Magistrate for a further period of 15 days in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 18000/2017 which was allowed on 28.12.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18000 of 2017, dated 28.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was suffering from Viral fever, hence he could not mobilize the sureties within time. Therefore the petitioner was not able to appear before the concerned Court. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that he could not mobilize the sureties within time, this petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is ordered and the time for appearing before the concerned Court is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
