ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.10 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 I.P.C. read with Sections 4 and 76 of Chit Fund Act, 1973 and hence seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first and second petitioners are running a Chit Fund and cheated the amount deposited by the de facto complainant.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the intervenors in unison submitted that both parties have arrived at a settlement and as per the agreement entered into in between the parties, the accused have paid the entire amount involved in the case, in two instalments, to the intervenors and the de facto complainant is going to withdraw the complaint given before the respondent police and prayed for the dismissal of this petition.
