(MD).NO. 18027 of 2017 dated at 28.12.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRAVEEN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition totally imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18027 of 2017, dated 28.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly without any deviation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly without any deviation.
