SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.48 of 2018, dated 04.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not able to executing the sureties before the concerned Court within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time for surrender.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
