The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent states that vide proceedings dated 26.02.2021 in G.O(Ms)No.32 Adi Dravidar and Scheduled Tribes Welfare Department, the Principal Secretary to the Government has directed to issue patta to the petitioner N.R.Sarojini. Pursuant to that, the proceedings by the District Collector, Virdhunagar District, dated 10.06.2021 passed an order issuing patta to the writ petitioner/contempt petitioner.
