Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to enforce the order passed by the third respondent, dated 10.05.2019, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.(A3)6507/2018, to cancel Patta No.1583 and for reposting the original Patta No.1207 in the revenue records pertaining to the property in Survey No.387/4, New Survey No.387/22, to an extent of 5 cents in Salaigramam of Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, in favour of the father of the petitioner namely, one Balchamy, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.10.2018, within the time frame. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to enforce the order passed by the third respondent, dated 10.05.2019, and to cancel Patta No.1583 with respect to the subject property and restore the same in its original position.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent, through his proceedings dated 28.06.2020, has already cancelled the Patta and it was restored to its original position.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
