2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the fourth respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and subsequently, the petitioner has filed the present petition not to harass.
