O R D E R
(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 & R2. 2.The petitioner's wife is missing and that has furnished the cause of action for filing this habeas corpus petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's wife is aged about 40 years and she had left the matrimonial home as early as in the year 2019. She was originally living with the third respondent. Now she appears to have left the third respondent. We are satisfied that this is not a case of illegal detention. The detenue is a major and she appears to have chosen her life on her own.
