This Petition filed under Section 439(1)(B) of Cr.P.C. to modify the condition imposed in Cr.MP.No.2829/2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tuticorin dated 21.09.2017 and permit him to sign before the Inspector of Polcie, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai City instead of the Inspector of Police, SIPCOT Police Station, Tuticorin.
Order : This Petition coming on for hearing on this upon perusing the petition and affidavit and material papers of this petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, this court made the following order:- This petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the earlier condition without any deviation. Now, he wants to modify the condition as to appear before the Thirumayam Police Station, Pudukkottai District instead of the respondent police, once in a month instead of once in a week.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the submission made by the learned counsels appearing for both side, the earlier condition made in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.459 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13982 of 2018, dated 24.01.2018, is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Thirumayam Police Station, Pudukkottai District, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
