4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 08.01.2018 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.80 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16100 of 2017, dated 07.12.2017, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 24/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
