2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SRINIVASA RAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10360 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11702 of 2017 dated 15.11.2017.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed in the case and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.360 of 2017.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police twice in a week, is fully relaxed.
