ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.78 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police as expeditiously as possible.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.78 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
