The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.392 of 2011 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the First Information Report has already been filed. It is further submitted by both the counsels, despite the fact that the original First Information Report could not be traced out, a direction may be issued to the concerned learned (*)JUVENILE JUSTICE BOARD, MADURAI to proceed with the copy of the original First Information Report.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the counsels, the learned (*)JUVENILE JUSTICE BOARD, MADURAI is directed to proceed the case with the copy of the original First Information Report.
