When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the entire contract has been complied with by virtue of the interim order. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect, which reads as under:
"The entire contract has been complied by virtue of the interim order and the EMD and Security Deposit is yet to be disbursed. Therefore, I may be granted liberty to make a fresh representation for disbursing the EMD and Security Deposit to the 3rd Respondent."
2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
