ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 220 days in preparing Appeal against the impugned order passed in C.C.No.394 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Karur.

2. Today (11.11.2024), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn at the SR stage itself.
