RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.3222 of 2019 dated 01.03.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3222 of 2019 on 01.03.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3222 of 2019 on 01.03.2019 regularly and hence, prayed for relaxation of the said conditions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3222 of 2019 on 01.03.2019 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
