2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case pertaining to the petitioner registered in Crime No.410 of 2017 was closed as mistake of fact.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the case pertaining to the petitioner registered in Crime No.410 of 2017 was closed as mistake of fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police in the first working day of every month is fully relaxed.
