This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents not to lay Thar Road or any Road at the petitioner's patta lands comprised in Survey Nos.239/1, Survey No.239/8 and Survey No. 237/5C situated at Seepplapatti, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

2. The fourth respondent filed counter affidavit. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that no road has been laid in the petitioner's patta land comprised in Survey Nos. 239/1, Survey No.239/8 and Survey No.237/5C situated at Seepplapatti, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.
