ORDER

The petitioner seeks a Mandamus to the second and third respondents to consider his representation dated 17.10.2013 for conduct of enquiry and cancellation of the license in respect of a bar attached to Shop No.10405.

2. Admittedly, the license is itself only for a period of one year (2013-14) and thus nothing survives in this Writ Petition, as on date. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed recording the aforesaid factual position. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
