This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the third respondent to not harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent with the third respondent, against the petitioner was registered in C.No.27/Petition/I/SDOP/Camp/Karur/24 and enquiry is pending. His further contention is that the said petition would be closed soon, as the issue between the parties is "civil in nature".

3. Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
