RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 7482/2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 602/2017 dated 14.09.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ANANTHAPADMANABHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7482 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.602 of 2017, dated 14.09.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 3.Submissions made by the learned counsel on either side are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considered. The case is pending from 2010 onwards. The other accused in this case had not appeared before the Court concerned and

hence, non bailable warrant was issued and the same is kept pending without execution. So, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7482 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.602 of 2017, dated 14.09.2017.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
