O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner representation, dated 25.11.2019 by granting permission to fix Immanuel Peravai Notice Board at near Keeladi Bus Stop, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. 1/3

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner belonged to Deivendra Kula Velalar Community and their community people established association for upliftment of their community in the name of "Immanuel Peravai". He would further submit that the petitioner is maintaining the Immanuel Peravai and there was a notice board with their community leaders photos and they used to write usual inofrmation in the Notice Board. He would further submit that the second respondent with the help of the fourth respondent without informing the peittioner had removed their Peravai Notice Board and the action of removing the Board is clear violation fundamental right and he had made several oral representations to the respondents to grant permission to fix their community Notice Board, by they were not taken any steps. Hence, the instant Writ Petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that based on the representations given by the petitioner, proceedings have been initiated by the fourth respondent and appropriate steps will be taken.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.11.2019 and pass appropriate order, within a period of Eight Weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

6. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
