PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dt. 23.12.2020 within the stipulated time and also the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to run the Toilet Tender for 2021-2022, for that Tender bid amount already paid by the petitioner for the year 2020-2021, the same has been adjusted for the next year Tender Period i.e. 2021-2022.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 23.12.2020 within the stipulated time and to permit the petitioner to run the Toilet Tender for the year 2021-2022.

2. The relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, since the tender period itself is over. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
