No.3046 of 2019 dated 27.02.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.BHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR,Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3046 of 2019 on 27.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3046 of 2019 on 27.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
