This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 13.08.2024 made in WP(MD).No.20768 of 2022 wherein this Court has directed the fourth respondent to revise the pension of the writ petitioner.

2.In compliance with the order of this Court, the pension of the writ petitioner has been revised by way of proceedings dated 06.02.2026. 3.Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs. 16.02.2026.
