Side) for the respondent and of MR.T.ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the Intervenor the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10357 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10504 of 2017, dated 15.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly without any violation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is still pending, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 15.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10357 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10504 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.III Thoothukudi, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

monthly once, i.e., the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
