2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police based on the complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., for the offences punishable under sections 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

4. Be that as it may, further directions are yet to be issued by the jurisdictional Magistrate. If and when the respondent registers any First Information Report, he will put the petitioners on notice and give them sufficient breathing time to move this Court again for the relief of anticipatory bail.

5. The criminal original petition stands disposed of, on these terms.
