ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tuticorin District not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions would submit that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent against the petitioner was registered in DCB No.P4/692/DCB/Tut/2023 on 15.12.2023 and after enquiry, the same was closed on 09.01.2024.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
