RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for 2 weeks to deposit of Rs.1,49,723/- in the RDCC Bank in Crime No.1 of 2019 on the file of 2nd respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAJA.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit of Rs.1,49,723/- in the RDCC Bank in Crime No.1 of 2019, imposed by the earlier order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22654 of 2018 dated 27.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to deposit of Rs.1,49,723/- in the RDCC Bank in Crime No.1 of 2019. Due to sudden health failure of petitioner's wife, caused unexpected medical expenses to the petitioner. Hence, he could not able to arrange the said amount within the time stipulated as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.22654 of 2018 dated 27.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22654 of 2018 is extended

further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
