No.2653 of 2019 dated 21.02.2019 in Crime no.7 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.L.GEORGE PAUL ANTO, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR,Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2653 of 2019 on 21.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2653 of 2019 on 21.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2653 of 2019 on 21.02.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
