When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 12.07.2024 and there after, the petitioner filed a petition seeking extension petition before this Court and the same was allowed on 30.10.2024. Again, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking the very same relief. 1/3

2.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
