Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.V.VAIRAM SANTHOSH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy in S.T.C.No.899 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thenkasi, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that even though in the petition, it is stated that to dispense with the production of certified copy of S.T.C.No.899 of 2017, the real intention of the petition is to dispense with the certified copy of the petitioner's complaint.

3.Considering his request, this petition is allowed, on a condition that, the petitioner is directed to produce the certified copy of the complaint in future, at the time of arguments in the main Original Petition.
