ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the accused on the complaint dated 30.06.2015. 2.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint has not been received though it has been sent through post.

4. Considering the submission made, the petitioner is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to appear before the respondent police on 22.07.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is

directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
