RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to execute the order of this Honourable Court imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 17532 of 2017 dated 02.01.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17532 of 2017, dated 02.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have received the order copy on 04.01.2018 and even though they made arrangements to execute the order, they are not able to arrange proper sureties in time to execute the order. Hence, they pray to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that they are not able to arrange proper sureties in time to execute the order, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the order is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
