256 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIVEKANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition passed by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17168 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for modification of the condition No.(i) which was imposed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court vide order dated 13.12.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17168 of 2017.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No(i) is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Crime No.256 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District.
