ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2020.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that the enquiry was conducted and closed on 14.02.2021.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the concerned Police. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
