The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.135 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records available.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.265 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
