RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.NO. 16503 of 2017 dated 19.12.2017 that the petitioner shall report before the Court respondent police twice daily morning at 10.30. a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m.

, Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16503 of 2017, dated 19.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and charge sheet has not been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16503 of 2017, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
