ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to remove the name of Kaliyammal in the petitioner's Ration Card (Ration Card No.333207249468).

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 14.12.2022 after issuance of notice to the and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter party, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
