RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 18028 of 2017 while granting bail to the petitioners by the order dated 28.12.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18028 of 2017, dated 28.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly without any deviation.
